RENTAL SYSTEMS:
Actiforce operate a range of wheel washing equipment for temporary works and shorter term contracts (less than 24 months) providing cost effective solutions to ensure that site operators comply with local authority planning conditions and Environment Agency legislation.
Options include:
- Force 4 and Force 6 fully automatic spray decks with waste water recycling and contaminant containment, vehicles drive through the wash deck to be cleaned from the sides and underneath - cleans wheel treads, chassis, air and fuel tanks, etc.
- Force 1 compact roller spray system for sites with restricted space, vehicles place a single axle on the rollers and disengage drive, rollers start automatically and rotate wheels while jet washing treads once cycle is complete the vehicle advances to the next axle - this process is repeated until all axles are washed. Cycles are adjustable, water is recycled and mud is evacuated to the side.
- 2010 Drive Through Bath System, vehicles simply drive through a self-contained steel bath with a submerged grid system which manipulates tyre treads, vibrates and flushes mud and debris from all tyres. Mud is compacted in the sump and removed by excavator at periodic intervals.
UPGRADES
Contracts are undertaken to maintain or upgrade customers own equipment. Many old systems carry high operating costs (maintenance and energy consumption) and can benefit from an upgrade to improve both performance and efficiency. Actiforce will carry out a survey of the existing equipment and operation before offering a recommendation to suit the sites requirements.
